Gunships are aerial robots which have several advantages and disadvantages. They can travel directly between any two points on the map and cannot be hit by many rival units and defense towers. In fact the list of Anti-Gunship units and buildings is quite small. They are, however, not as durable as land-based units so are more easily destroyed. Build your Gunships in the Gunship Factory and upgrade them at the Research Center.
